What is the best way to search for a member?You can search in a number of ways depending how detailed you want to be. The simplest is to just click on the category of the type of person or company you are looking for. More advanced is to click on the search button, which will take you to an advanced search page where you can search by category, location or availability (personnel search only). Is the directory International?Yes, "The A Listing" knows no boundaries. Not only can you find members from all over the world but you can also contact them in different ways. Can I contact members from anywhere in the world?Yes, Obviously the email contacts are global but also the text service is international Does "The A Listing" offer any guarantees of a members qualifications or abilities?"The A Listing" is for you to find the contacts. It is up to you to verify the details that may be important to you. We offer no guarantee of claims or statements made by our members. Why can't I see personal contact details?We aim to keep all our personal members details secure and private so you will not see anyone's email or mobile contact details unless they have set their listing up especially for you to do so. All emails are sent through our mail system and all Text messages are sent on behalf of the directory and will alert the recipient to contact the sender. How can I advertise on "The A Listing" website?Please use the contact button on the left of your screen and send us a mail. We will in turn send you a rate card. How secure are my registration details?Your registration details and personal information will at no point be passed on or sold to a 3rd party. Any information that you submit will only be used on "The A Listing" site and you will have full access to that information which can be removed or edited by you at any time. How do I contact "The A Listing"?Please use the contact button on the left of your screen to send us a mail. How secure is the payment process?All Payments are processed thought the secure Pay Pal system, which is known for its convenience and security. If someone tries to contact email me but I am away from my normal email service how will I know?If you are a full member of "The A Listing" you should log in to your account where you will have access to a contacts page. This page keeps a copy of all the contact messages that have been sent to your registered email address. How do I upgrade my membership?Simply log in to your account and click on the upgrade button. This will take you through to the Pay Pal website where you can pay your annual membership. Once completed you will be redirected back to your account page where you may need to refresh your browser window to see your new account details and take full advantage of being a full member of "The A Listing". What are the advantages of upgrading my membership?You will have a personal on line calendar showing when you are available for work and what type of work you are available for. You can detail any relevant skills and qualifications that you have and ample opportunity to detail any other information that may be useful. You will have a backup of all the contacts that have been sent to you available on-line form anywhere in the world and you can be contacted by our automated text service for instant notification. Full members are given preferential listing placement in any search results. You will also receive a quarterly newsletter and twice a year your details will be sent to a selection of relevant companies of your choice reminding them of who you are and how they can contact you. I have made changes to my details but they do not appear to have been updated, why?You may need to refresh your browser page each time you save changes to your details I have deleted the contact email that was sent to my email address what can I do?Copies of all your contact emails are stored on your contacts page of your account.
